This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical aspects of electronic evidence in the investigation of cyberbullying crimes. It covers the concept of cyberbullying, its manifestations in the modern digital environment, and the role of electronic evidence in identifying and proving this type of crime. It also examines the specific characteristics of electronic evidence, problems that arise in the process of collecting, storing, and evaluating it. During the study, the main types of electronic evidence encountered in cyberbullying-related crimes are identified and their importance in the investigation process is justified. Practical problems that arise when working with electronic evidence are analyzed and the theoretical foundations for their elimination are highlighted. The results of this study serve to further understand the role and importance of electronic evidence in the effective investigation of cyberbullying crimes.
