Author guidelines
The journal «TSUL Legal Report» publishes the results of original fundamental and applied scientific research in jurisprudence.

The selection criteria for articles are compliance with the journal profile, novelty, relevance and validity of the results. Sent manuscripts will not be returned back. It is not allowed to send to the editorial office works that have been published and / or accepted for publication in other publications. By sending an article to the editor, the author agrees to the editorial revision of the material;

All materials received by the editorial office are checked for borrowings from open sources, the check is performed using the Antiplagiat system;

There is no fee for publishing articles;

Submitted articles to the editorial office are registered. The date of registration is the day of submission of a complete set of materials. If the article is returned to the author for revision, then the date of its registration is the day of receipt of the final text;

The file submitted to the editorial office in electronic form and posted on the journal's website must be named by the author's surname (for example, Abdullaev.doc);

The number of authors of one article is allowed no more than 3 people;

Articles received by the editorial office are reviewed;

The editors reserve the right to literary editing of the article;

Materials not accepted for publication are not returned to authors;
Language and geography of the journal
The main language of the journal is English. Metadata articles are published in English, Russian and Uzbek. The geography of the journal's authors includes both Uzbek and foreign authors. Articles by foreign authors are published in English, which allows expanding the geography of readers and strengthening the integration processes in the world scientific community.
Technical requirements for articles

The volume of articles is 8-16 pages of typewritten text (standard page - 1800 characters with spaces, including tables, figures and references);

When an article is typed, the text editor uses Word Times New Roman font (size – 14, line spacing – 1.5 cm, paragraph indentation – 1..25, margins on the left – 2.5 cm, on the right – 1.5, top and bottom – 2.0 cm). If additional fonts were used during the typing, the author must provide them to the editor;

The text is justified;

Pages are numbered (except for the first one) at the bottom left;

Do not use manual hyphenation and extra spaces;

In the English-language text, «paws» are used, when highlighting within quotes and in the text;

Illustrations (black and white figures, tables, graphs, diagrams, etc.) are provided separately (in separate files, in fragments and on separate pages in printed form). Recommended pattern width is no more than 14 cm, height - no more than 18 cm. The recommended format is * jpg. Scanned materials must have a resolution of at least 300 pixels/inch. They cannot be represented by Microsoft Office utilities imported into Word;

Designations of units of measurement of various quantities, abbreviations like «g» (year) must be preceded by a non-breaking space character (see «Insert» - «Symbols»), noting the imposition of a ban on tearing them off during typesetting from the number or word they define. The same applies to the set of initials and surnames;
Introduction and content

The title of the article should not exceed 75 characters (6-10 words). When formulating the title of the article, one should avoid clichés «To the problem (question) ...», «About some problems (questions) ...», «Actual problems ...».
The manuscript should be accompanied by:

Information about the author (s), including last name, first name, patronymic (in full), academic degree, academic title, position, place of work or study (in full), e-mail, postal address, phone numbers (work, mobile). For authors who do not have an academic degree, the surname, name and patronymic of the supervisor, his position, place of work and specialty (name and number according to the classification of the Higher Attestation Commission) are additionally indicated;

English version of the surname and initials of the author (s);

Title of the article should be in English, Russian and Uzbek languages;

The name of the institution (or institutions) in which the work was performed, in English, Russian and Uzbek;

The abstract of the article in English (150-250 words), Russian and Uzbek (150-250 words) languages. The abstract should clearly formulate the main idea of the article (it should contain a description of the main research topic, the problem of the object, the purpose of the work and its results, reveal the relevance, degree of development, object, subject, theoretical, methodological and practical significance of the topic);

Keywords or phrases (from 5 to 7) required for indexing the article in English, Russian and Uzbek;

The text of the article in English, signed by all authors. If the author does not have a scientific degree, the article is also signed by his supervisor;

Section «Literature» and section «References» containing a list of references in which all sources are given in Latin, i.e transliterated, given at the end of the article. In the text of the article, the number of the source in the list of references is indicated in square brackets, and the page number, separated by commas (for example, 3, p.25). Sources follow in the order of their mentioning in the text;

The following data must be indicated: for books - the surname and initials of the author (editor), title of the book, place of publication (city), year of publication, total number of pages; for journal articles - the surname and initials of the author, the title of the article, the title of the journal, the year of publication, number, issue, pages (first and last);

The authors of the article are responsible for the correctness of the data in the list of references

All citations in the article must be correlated with the bibliography. When quoting directly, page numbers are required;

Translations must be accompanied by the complete imprint of the original text;

References to notes are indicated in the text in Arabic numerals in the superscript;

Factual material must be up to date, carefully checked and corroborated by references;

Tables and other figures should be carefully checked and cited;

Tables are given in the text of the article, number and title are indicated above the table.

All abbreviations must be disclosed when first mentioned;

The materials submitted to the editorial office should be carefully checked;

Authors should pay special attention to the quality of translation of the text into Russian and Uzbek languages. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the article in case of poor-quality translation into Russian and Uzbek languages;

By submitting the article to the editor, the author (in the case of co-authorship - the author responsible for the publication) guarantees that this text is original (has not been published anywhere before and has not been accepted for publication in other editions), confirms his consent (in the case of co-authorship - consent of all authors) with the rules of the journal and transfers to the editors the rights to publish the article, use the electronic version (posting on the journal's website, etc.). At the end of the article, the author (s) must (are) insert the following content: «The submitted material has not been previously published anywhere and is currently not under consideration for publication in other publications. The authors have no conflicts of interest related to this publication (if there are two or more authors). I don’t mind (don’t mind) posting the full-text version of the article in the public domain on the Internet. Date, signature of the author (s), certified in accordance with the established procedure». The author must attach to the set of documents consent to the processing of personal data. Articles of applicants, adjuncts and graduate students are endorsed by the supervisor. The signatures are certified by the seal of the personnel department of the organization in which the author works. Articles drawn up without taking into account the listed requirements are not considered.
